Am sharing here with you my favorite, personally prepared, 100% REAL NATURAL Healthy breakfast.

Filled with some of the healthiest Nuts and Seeds that our body needs, a sparkle of a spice that has an anti-inflamatory effect on the body, antioxidants, healthy fruits and yogurt, this bowl is full of all vitamins and minerals I need to give me a kick start for the day.
